The innovative van-racking instantly catches your eye with its elegant design. The well-known Plastipol-Scheu quality and ergonomics gives great stability and safety.An additional optimization of weight can be achieved by using aluminum-components.

The Profi-Line Van-racking systems is suitable for all LCV in the light to medium categories.
The Profi-Line products are based upon a highly effective and functional frame construction, which combines shelves, drawers, pull-out bins and boxes etc. and create a highly efficient and easy to use unit. The van-rackin shelf and its individual parts can be inserted in the van-racking, based on the customers desired wish.
The modular structure is achieved through 6 heights, 2 depths and 6 widths. It has a short delivery time, even if the customer has special wishes to the van-racking.
Our Profi-Line design has won the “Product” category. At the end of 2013 we received this award from the German Designer Club e. V.
The structured powder coating gives the product a nice look, but also provides high quality and a durable surface. Our powder coating gives a strong resistance to hard everyday-use and is heavily resistant to environmental influences and long-term wear.

The best choice for surveyors and geo -technicians
The Plastipol-Scheu GEO-VAN’s van-racking is specifically designed in a way where measuring instruments and your tools can be stored and transported safely. The design allows for multiple storage options, such as boxes from Leica or Trimble.
The different designs are not limited to specific vehicles and can therefore easily be fitted into smaller LCV.
Besides the basic categories: “Multi”, “Midi”, “Maxi” and “Mini” which often are the preferred choice, we have made it possible to also order individually manufactured sizes, to give you the right design for the more advanced tasks.
All our van-racking variants can of course be specifically expanded or equipped individually. We know the jobs and tasks and are therefore gladly prepared to take on the challenge of safely storing certain items such as cameras, drones etc.

It has recently become very popular to use cars on yellow numberplates - such as company vans. This increases the need for optimal use of space, but do not worry, Plastipol-Scheu has you covered with our “underfloor solution”. They are available in several sizes, and all contain a plate at the top. The built-in drawers ensure safe storage of tools, spare parts and other materials.
Our business motto is: Everything has its place, preferably kept safe from prying eyes and safely stored in the car. The top plate which comes with the “underfloor solution” provides further storage space, which can even be extended with certain load securing components. The system is of course not limited to a certain brand of vehicle or a specific vehicle size.
Our specifically tailored interior solutions make it possible to use this amazing concept in almost every situation involving the securing and storing of cargo.
